Review
Hidden & Dangerous 2 is another creation of Illusion Software, this is a first-person shooter game.
A very well set game in the always attractive and recurring theme of the Second World War. And of course, as you guess, you are the leader of one of those squads made up of a maximum of four men. That will have to steer along, a solid single player campaign to meet a certain number of goals at different missions, although with very varied locations. Your missions will always be in occupied territory.
In this war game which has 3D action and strategy; action because you can control any of the members of your squad (in the first or third person) and strategy, giving orders, setting the positioning of the rest and selecting your peers and weapons at the beginning of each mission.
During the game you will be completing missions around the globe; missions in Europe, Africa or even Burma, a country in the Southeast of Asia.
In addition, the graphics are very realistic indeed, and the sound effects are excellent.
In conclusion, if you want to be an elite squad member during the Second World War you will have to play this game. |
